Margie is an internationally respected authority in human potential and courageous leadership.

 A bestselling author and CEO of Global Courage, Margie’s extensive global experience enables her to get to the heart of what it takes to navigate today’s increasingly uncertain and complex world with greater clarity, confidence and courage.

 A PhD candidate completing her doctoral studies on the interplay of power, leadership and gender, Margie is a member of the Advisory Board of Forbes School of Business & Technology and is a sought-after keynote speaker and lecturer including at Columbia, Georgetown and her alma mater, Monash University in Australia.

 Described by the Wall Street Journal as a ‘global leadership authority who gets to the heart of what holds people back,’ Margie’s insights have been shaped by her work and interviews with leaders such as Richard Branson, Bill Marriott, Steve Forbes, Oliver Stone and author Marianne Williamson. Margie has also co-authored two books with Stephen Covey, Jack Canfield and Ken Blanchard.

 In 2010, Margie founded Global Courage to embolden braver, more inclusive leadership and improve diversity at decision-making tables. Margie is a Women’s Economic Forum honoree and Ambassador for Women in Global Business.  She has taken the path less travelled many times, living in multiple countries and cultures from

Papua New Guinea and Singapore to Washington D.C. An intrepid spirit, she’s crossed the Sahara Desert, stayed in Palestinian refugee camps, hiked the Inca trail, swam with piranhas in the Amazon and cycled across Beijing.

 Her latest book You’ve Got This! has been acclaimed as a “transformative book for today’s uncertain times.”

 Last but not least, Margie is the mother of four children. She enjoys sharing adventures with them and her husband—most recently, summiting Mt Kilimanjaro.
